Tibetan Thangkas: Imported handmade and hand-painted Tibetan sacred Tantric Buddhist religious art. High quality contemporary pieces from the Tibetan community-in-exile in Dharamshala, India. All artworks are painted by spiritual artisans in small batches, to order for meditators, monks and yogis using traditional techniques. Trace amounts of gold and semi-precious stones are blended in the paint and inks. Each stroke is a meditation. The art is brought to life with spoken mantras as it is painted and it has been blessed and activated by Tibetan Buddhist monks at the Tsuglagkhang Temple Complex near the McLeod Ganj hill station, where the Dalai Lama lives.

Our clean, light, warm treatment room has a view of the River Wye. We have an XL Master Massage Table that is easy to adjust for all clients. We always use fresh, clean sheets and towels. All scents are non-toxic and we use incense only at the request of the client. All treatments use light touch to the solar plexus and upper heart centre, on the front and back of the torso. Further treatment for specific parts of the body or energy centre work discussed during consultation.
